Absolutely The Best! I have been a student in GiGi's Wilton classes. Not only is her teaching simply the best she also makes you feel very comfortable in the classroom with her sense of humor and fun approach. She has definitely helped further my desire for starting my own bakery. The skills and ideas she has taught and provided make me feel more confident in my baking and designing endeavors! One Great Instructor! I took three courses of Wilton's Cake Decorating classes with Gigi and had an excellent learning experience!
