GiGi is Amazing!
I have been taking her classes for 5 months now. She is an inspiring instructor who won't let you down. She certainly makes sure that her students learn with ease, are happy, and gain confidence. Over time she has also become a great freind. She has an open heart and a warm spirit. Her cakes, techniques, and skills stand alone and she truly is amazing! BUY HER CAKES!

My daughter and I have taken several of GiGi's Wilton classes, and each time we think there is no way we are going to be able to create something or another that is required to get through the class. However, GiGi always proves us wrong by being such a patient and thorough teacher she helps us to really understand each step and process. She truly cares about her students success and that makes all the differnence!

I was a bit skeptical at first when my friend invited me to a cake decorating class at Michael's with her. I figured I'd give it a shot. It was a bit overwhelming at first (Thanks for all the homework Gigi!) but Gigi made me feel comfortable and great about all my accomplishments. I brought my cakes in to work since I couldn't eat it all myself, and now my coworkers want me to make cakes for them even!

I took two classes from Gigi, not only was she a great instructor, the classes were a lot of fun... I would recommend taking one of her Wilton classes at Michaels.
