Gorgeous, delicious cakes... you are in for a treat! I’ve known Gigi for quite a while. I always come to her when I need cakes for my kids’ birthday parties, for special occasions, or when my family craves something sweet. Not only does she make gorgeous, original cakes that always impress my guests, but her cakes are delicious. When it comes down to cake confection, appearance is very important, but so is taste. I’ve had beautiful cakes before, but I’ve been disappointed with their flavor. It seems like many people place all of their effort on their cake’s appearance. I strongly recommend Gigi’s cakes for Gigi makes sure her customers are overall pleased with her products. She is very passionate about her work and she takes pride in her creations. Jesyka

Classes I have taken a class from Gigi and continue to do so. Not only does she make it fun to learn but she makes sure that you understand. She makes sure that her students have a great time.She is really a person that takes pride in her work. As she does also being your instructor. I would recommend for people to sign up for her classes. As she truely is a joy to be around. Keep up the great work! Mara

GIGI ROCKS!!!! I took the Wilton Course I in March because though I make great tasting cakes I needed to work on my "presentation." My style of decorating a cake was basically slapping on some frosting with a spatula. I will admit I was a bit nervous when I came to class because I felt others knew more than me. To top it off I am left handed and discovered the techniques I needed were opposite of others in the course. Fortunately, Gigi being the excellent teacher she is quickly put me at ease and gave me the techniques and confidence I needed to succeed. She has inspired me with her creative talents. She is not only a great teacher but a great person. I look forward to taking Wilton Course II in the Fall. Marisa
