She’s extremely knowledgeable, side splitting funny, and a great friend. These are wonderful qualities to have in an educator, because she makes the classes entertaining. Why else would I have come back month after month? She’s reachable all the time, and truly goes the extra mile to help you with your baking, even if it’s not for class. It doesn’t matter if you are buying a cake, or asking her to show you how to make one, if you don’t use GiGi your honestly missing out.

Incredible Art!
I can't even begin to say what an incredible artist Gigi is. My wedding cake was what I ask'd for. She sat down and listen to everything I requested. And she created a MASTERPIECE that was flawless. My guests could not stop taking about my cake for months afterwards. It got to the point where I just handed out her number on a daily basis. What a Gem she added to my wedding. The best ever! INCREDIBLE..... INCREDIBLE....... INCREDIBLE.......! One of the best cakes I have ever tasted and WOW what incredible Art work I have ever seen on a cake.
