Classes are being offered at the Michael's Craft Store in Oviedo, Florida.

I teach evening hours mainly from 6:30-8:30. Subject to change from month to month. I teach the Wilton Method way. Many famous cake decorators are Wilton Instructors such as Colette Peters, Debbie Friedman, Susan Matusiak, and Mary Gavenda.

I teach the basic course 1, 2, 3 and Gum Paste and Fondant Classes. They are 4 week classes and provided you with the most accurate way to cake decorating. Come by and check out our classroom. We are limited to only 15 students at a time. Classes fill up very quickly so hurry up and sign up.

These courses make a great gift for that special someone interested in a career in confectionary arts or even in just wanting to bake for their children, grand children, boss, birthday, holiday, etc...

Gum paste figures, flowers, air brushing cakes are offered to the most advance students classes are limited to 6 students only. Call store for full calendar schedules.
