*Wedding Cake
Try to have an idea of what you want to spend on the cake before you make an appointment. Be realistic. This will be the main centerpiece at the wedding. Most importantly this will be the dessert to all your guests. Wedding Cakes cost anywhere from $5 - $15 per slice. The more details and flowers on the cake the more it will cost. Be sure to get enough to feed everyone! Some people say, "Not everyone eats cake." That is why it is very important that the cake is not only beautiful, but delicious too. If the cake is delicious, your guests WILL eat it.
During your free consultation we design the cake of your dreams for that very special event so the prices vary from art work to sculpture designs. Do plan on a slice of cake per guest. Securing a date means leaving a deposit. This includes standard cake flavor and butter cream, construction materials, and simple decorating. Additional costs apply. Examples are: flavor upgrades, flowers (fresh,silk, gum paste flowers, or sugar), edible pearls or dragees, ribbon, cake toppers, candy shells, any fondant, marshmellow fondant, satin ice, marzipans, extra.
*Hot Weather Weddings: If ordering a cake in the hot summer months and the reception is outside and cake will be kept outside: it is recommended to order a fondant cake instead of buttercream as buttercream will melt.
*Special Occasion and Birthday
Base cake prices start at $3.50/serving. If construction materials are involed, prices are the same as wedding cake prices. (Above mentioned additional costs apply as well).
*Delivery and Setup
Based on mileage to destination. Delivery costs start at $30.00 We also deliver to Daytona, Coco Beach, Tampa, and St. Augustine areas.
*Deposits
A 50% deposit is required on ALL wedding cakes or on special occasion orders of over $150. Full balance is due within 2 weeks of wedding date, event.
